Many people suffer from joint pain. Even those who are in good physical condition can deal with it from time to time. On top of that, millions of adults wind up with some form of arthritis as they get older, and it can be quite debilitating. When joint pain flares up, you want relief as soon as possible. Unfortunately, too often we turn to NSAIDS (Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs) to reduce inflammation and pain, thinking that these are our only option.
