While some jurisdictions were previously able to grow and disperse industrial-grade hemp oil/CBD, this bill lifts almost all the restrictions that were in place for most of the country. To put it simply, this means that it's finally, and permanently legal to grow industrial-grade hemp and to sell hemp/CBD-based products.
