Within the United States, Real Time Pain Relief will deliver all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Real Time Pain Relief has a Risk-Free Return Policy for our Retail Customers. If you don’t love your Real Time Pain Relief, send it back (opened, unopened or empty), and receive your money back! To return an item, contact RTPR at 877-787-7180 for Return Authorization number and return shipping address. To expedite the process, follow all instructions given by your customer service representative. Shoppers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned products and will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process based on your financial institution.
Special Notice: Real Time has special government exceptions and waivers that allow us to ship Hand Sanitizer. End customers do not have those special exceptions from the government, therefore, due to the alcohol content, Hand Sanitizer is excluded from our Refund/Return Policy. Hand Sanitizer orders can only be shipped within the continental USA. Hand Sanitizer orders placed outside of the continental USA including APO & AE Addresses, you will be contacted with additional shipping cost once a quote is received. We reserve the right to cancel and refund Hand Sanitizer orders to an APO & AE Address.
