Use Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a gift of nature. Its role in skin treatment is well known. This plant is also good at fighting inflammation and rheumatic pain. Aloe Vera contains substances such as Glycoproteins, Polysaccharides, Campesterol, and Bradykinin. Glycoproteins speed up the healing process and inhibit the actions of a particular enzyme responsible for generating pain and inflammation. Polysaccharides induce the healing process and generate new cells. Campesterol is known to decrease inflammation and helps repair cartilage. It is also believed to generate new cells. Bradykinin causes the blood vessels to enlarge which promotes faster healing because of the increased blood flow to the area. Aloe Vera does not pose a health risk, unlike NSAIDs which help with inflammation but have potential health risks.
