The ”O” Hand Exercise
The idea here is to make an “O” shape with your fingers and your thumb, holding it in place for a few seconds before releasing the fingers from the “O” position. Placing your fingers in this position is not a common motor movement and can help stretch areas of the hand that are often forgotten about. Remember, while performing any of these hand exercises, to take it slow. Stop immediately if you feel any abnormal or severe amounts of pain.
