Paper Crumple
Okay, so this one can be a little fun, and also beneficial in strengthening the muscles in your hands. Simply hold the corner of a piece of paper that is no longer or wider than a foot (newspaper works best for those experiencing a lot of pain in their hands), and try to crumple up the paper as fast as possible. This not only flexes and strengthens the hands but also improves reflexes. Strengthening the hands is a great way to prevent further pain in the hands, as well as help to manage the pain you currently experience.
