This year’s Monster Dash is not one to miss. Enjoy running either the 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon dressed in your costume of choice in one of three cities across the country. This race has been run for multiple years and has a large turnout at each location. You can run through beautiful fall foliage and enjoy viewing the picturesque Cathedral of St. Paul that overlooks the city! You might even hit a personal record on this course as it is all downhill (400 vertical feet total from start to finish)!

Registration for individuals running the 5K is $39.99, the 10K is $49.99, and the Half Marathon is $59.99. Each registration includes a complimentary running jacket. The registration price for children 12 and under running the youth 5K is only $29.99.
