You might not drink alcoholic beverages, but even if you don’t most people know that the symptoms of a hangover are painful and debilitating. However, some research has shown that ingesting ginger with pith of citrus tangerine and brown sugar before drinking the night before can decrease symptoms of an alcoholic hangover. The citrus has electrolytes and other nutrients, but the ginger is what decreases nausea and also reduces vomiting and diarrhea.
