Switching Fingers
Rest one hand, palm side down, on a flat surface like a table. Lift your index finger and lower it. Then lift the middle finger and lower it. Keep this process going with each finger. Try to do this sequence as fast as you can; you can even reverse the order or make up your own. Try doing a sequence of five on each hand, and then working your way up from there. This exercise can be fun and you can also make up your own little “memory” game along with it. This exercise keeps the fingers individually flexed and improves dexterity.
