Granola
This is such a great snack to have on hand and its pretty easy to make! This granola has been praised for its delicious and unique flavor and its packed with healthy ingredients to keep you feeling great. You need 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup of chopped pecans, ½ cup chopped pistachios, ½ cup white whole wheat flour, ¼ cup chia seeds, 1 Tsp. cinnamon, ½ Tsp. salt, ½ cup golden raisins, ¾ cup melted coconut oil, 2 Tbsp. honey and 2 Tbsp. real maple syrup. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and mix all the dry ingredients (excluding the raisins) and then mix all the wet ingredients and combine with the dry ingredients until mixture is moistened. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and cook for 1 hour making sure to stir it every 20 minutes, once the granola has baked for 40 minutes, stir in the golden raisins. Once you take the granola out of the oven don’t stir it right away because it will naturally form into crunchy clusters!
