Stir Fry
Stir frying doesn’t have to be in canola or vegetable oil, vegetables can be cooked in coconut oil and taste delicious! Not only is cooking your veggies in coconut oil a way healthier choice, it also gives the vegetables a savory flavor that will make any dish shine! Next time you make stir fry try this tasty recipe, all you need is; 1 cup of rice, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/4 cup soy crumbles, 1 tsp Asian seasoning mix, 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1 tsp coconut oil. Heat up the coconut oil in a medium size skillet on medium/high heat while the rice is cooking, add the peppers and cook until tender and then add the soy crumbles and peas. Once the rice is done pour it over the veggies and add the seasoning and sesame seeds for a beautiful meal that will fuel your body!
