Bring your Own Socks and Orthotics
Bring the socks you will most likely wear when you are running. This will give you a better indication about the size and form of the running/walking shoe you need to buy. If you use orthotics, bring those as well. The idea is to wear what you always wear on your feet when you run/walk. This will give you a better shot at picking out the right size and the most comfortable option for your feet.
