I have everything from swollen hands from RA to Failed back surgery...like many others I've tried everything on the counters to everything on the internet like bio freeze China gel but this is the first thing that has helped for long periods and amazed at how little goes a long way! Pleasant smell to! I highly recommend this to anyone that lives with daily pain like I do!
