Allis Chalmers D19
Allis-Chalmers has been in the tractor/machinery business since 1957. The D19 model (introduced in 1961) was built to meet the needs of big farm production. It was the first of the Allis D series to have a 6 cylinder engine. It has astounding horsepower that includes 71.54 in gasoline, 66.19 with propane, and 66.92 in diesel. With a 262 cubic inch displacement, it was the first model to come with a standard turbocharger, which not only increases your horsepower, but also helps with fuel economy. This fine piece of farm machinery is famous for its smooth ride and quiet operation. Also, it was one of the first of its kind to pull a five-bottom plow, with over three feet of ground clearance.
