I have to admit, I was more than skeptical when first trying the foot cream. I reached the point that I had so much pain, I was ready to try almost anything to relieve it.

Feels great on the face. Refreshing and smooth, Not sticky

It does not work on headaches. Applied as instructed and made my forehead and back of neck burn. The headache intensified and light was horrible. Waste of money!
