The ‘O’ Hand Exercise
Start by placing your hand in front of you with your palm facing upwards. Now move the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger. Then release it and move on to the next finger, having each finger form an “O” shape with the thumb. Repeat as much as you want with either hand. This exercise is commonly used in physical therapy for those with arthritis and other conditions that make it difficult to grip items. It builds strength and stretches the hands to rid stiffness in the joints.
