Exercise Bars
Exercise bars are portable and lightweight. They are great for promoting range of motion and flexibility in the hand, wrist, and shoulder. There are many different varieties of exercise bars and they can be used in different ways.
The most commonly used exercise bar is one that is a twist-bend bar. These bars are flexible and are the best for promoting strength in the hand and fingers. The next most common exercise bar is a shaker bar. The shaker bar has the same benefits as the twist-bend bar but also strengthens the upper arms and shoulders.
Typically, these bars are twelve to twenty-four inches in length and come in six different color-coded resistances to allow you to build up strength as you move through the levels. The bars maintain a consistent diameter, regardless of the resistance level, to allow it to be easily used by everyone.
