This is a very easy exercise that you can do anywhere and, as with all the exercises to relieve hand pain, it is good to do this daily.
How to exercise your hand by making a fist:
- Spread your fingers wide apart.
- Gently bend your hand into a fist with your thumb on the outside of your hand.
- Don't squeeze too hard.
- Open your hand so that your fingers are spread wide apart.
- Repeat 10 times then continue with your other hand.
This will help to keep your tendons and muscles stretched, and is also a good exercise to relieve pain.
