Pale Rider, Unforgiven, Fistful of Dollars, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly; you probably can’t think of a bad Western movie when it comes to Clint Eastwood. The icon for macho gunslingers everywhere, Eastwood has made a solid career in taking down the bad guy and saving the day. Clint Eastwood was born in the 1930s in San Francisco, and dropped out of school at the Los Angeles City College in order to pursue a career in acting. Winner of an Academy Award, Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild award, Clint Eastwood has made quite a name for himself in many notable films. Clint Eastwood has contributed to more than 50 films as an actor and continues to act and direct even to this day. When asked about his continual work in film Eastwood replied, "Everybody wonders why I continue working at this stage. I keep working because there's always new stories. ... And as long as people want me to tell them, I'll be there doing them."
