Chocolate Sauce
This chocolate sauce is unique because it’s not only a sauce, but it can also be a syrup and a shell! This chocolate only uses a few good ingredients and leaves everything you don’t want out. You just need ½ cup coconut oil, 4 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of raw cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons+ 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey, ¼ Tsp of pure vanilla and 1-2 pinches of salt. Put the melted coconut oil in a bowl and add the cocoa powder, mix this together until the cocoa powder is all dissolved, once dissolved add the remaining ingredients. To use as a syrup, you’ll want to serve it immediately, if you want it as a sauce let it cool for 10-15 minutes to help it thicken and if you want it as a chocolate shell just simply pour the chocolate over a cold dessert like ice cream and watch it harden. An added bonus about this chocolate is that you can put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and it turns into a chocolate bar that will stay hardened under 76 degrees!
