Chocolate Bars
Who wouldn’t want delicious candy that is also healthy? Coconut oil Chocolate Bars are simple to make and taste like heaven! All you need is: 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 2/3 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. The directions are very simple; all you need to do is heat the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, once it melts add the remaining ingredients. Stir and pour over parchment paper and then place them in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Once the chocolate hardens you can break it up into pieces and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a yummy and healthy snack!
