arnica-flower-pain-health This wild plant produces beautiful, bright yellow flowers that contain the important properties of healing. This flower resembles a sunflower, but it has a yellow disc in the center and is surrounded by long, thin petals. The plant produces flowers from May until August. Once the flower is harvested, it renders volatile essential oils, thymol, helenalin, and flavanone.
