Finger Curls

hand-exercises-reduce-arthritis-painSimple and straightforward, just extend your arm out with your forearm parallel to the ground or resting on a table, wrist straight, and extend your fingers and draw them back into the palm. Your thumb shouldn’t move and should be on the outside of your fingers at all times. It should look like all four of your fingers are doing tiny sit-ups at the same time. You can even curl the fingers individually, depending on your preference.
