It’s no secret that performing or exercising while injured is a bad idea and can lead to complications or specific conditions (such as muscle strain or tears, tendonitis, etc.). It can even exacerbate the pain and symptoms of an existing injury. It’s a heavy price to pay, for just a few moments of pain-free training or exercise.
